Cancellation & Refund Policy – Kalyani OrnamentsDue to the nature of jewellery products, we follow a strict cancellation and refund policy.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled.

• Customized, made-to-order, or gold kitty related purchases are non-cancellable.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are applicable only in case of:

– Wrong product delivered

– Manufacturing defect

– Damaged product during transit

3. Claim Process

• Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

• An unboxing video and product images are mandatory for verification.

4. Refund Timeline

• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

to the original payment method.
